GoldCoast Triathlon Clonea Strand

Post by joy »

Good Luck Aisling in your first triathlon of the season. On home ground so the pressure to impress will be on. Be sure to enjoy it, would like to have joined you but my sitter is otherwise engaged :x

thanks guys!- all went well after a shaky swim start-still havn't got my head around the mass start and the heebie jeebies were back with me today! as you said joy , pressure was on and i had to get over it and not back out in my own backyard!!! settled after a few minutes and was grand except for a jungle of seaweed that we had to swimthru! beats the jellyfish that were knockin around there the other day though!. very slow run as well- legs just wern't workin but happy enough with overall time of 1hr 34mins. thanks for the well wishes!
