Good Luck to all of ye that are travelling and participating in tomorrows tri. Hope the weather gods are with ye and that its sunshine all the way.
Barry enjoy your first race of the season, cant wait to see who crosses the line first from the byrne household, show him the way lorraine
Looking forward to hearing all the tales over a few sociables on saturday night.

Good luck to all the sleek triathletes in Killaloe. Spare a thought also for the 4 hairy mountainbikers heading up to the Bull Raid. See y'all in the pub tomorrow. Can someone confirm where and what time?

Was on to some of the Killaloe gang - Redmonds from 9 it is. Probably be 9:30 for us.
