I had hoped to keep this under the radar given the lack of training I've done but I had to let the cat out of the bag last week to Frank who otherwise would have made the trip to Kerry to watch the race a week early

It's going to be a long day but at least it'll be dry and warm (Kerry warm that is, not Australia or Roth warm ).
