Friday night 7.30 - 4 miler in Monageer as part of slaney olympic summer league; this is a great little race and good for all levels
Pink Rock 10km Sunday 11.30 just outside New Ross. Good race with a savage feed afterwards
Blackwater 10km Sunday morning 11.30am. First year of the event, should be a scenic if a bit hilly. Dip in the sea afterwards.
